Pakhui Wildlife Sanctuary lies in headquarters of Seijosa. The sanctuary covers a large area of about 861sq.km.

The wild life found in the area are elephant, tiger, gaur, sambar, barking deer, binturong, leopard, four hornbill species, peacock, pheasant, kali pheasant.
