Built by the Maharaja of Jaipur, the National Gallery is located in the Jaipur House near India Gate. It has around 4,000 paintings of modern artists, including graphics and sculptures. It has a huge collection of art and literature and journal on art and culture and painting of Indian and Colonial artists. It also houses a library which can be used by museum. The admission to this gallery is free. It is open from Tues-Sun.

Eicher Gallery a non-commercial gallery - it's major exhibitions include a series of shows by and about women and Icons of Femininity in Indian calender art.
Garhi Studio, Lalit Kala Academy in Garhi, is an exciting place to visit and watch artists at work. The gallery often has wonderful shows.
Gallery Ganesha started in 1989, focuses on promoting young talent. They include renowned artists.
Gallery Espace has carved a niche for itself because of it's unconventional focus. J. Swaminathan.
Lalit Kala Academy, the spacious gallery is spread over three floors. Major Indian artists have their work on display here.
