Jawalamukhi temple is a very famous temple. It is said that the tounge of Sati Parvati fell here. The temple is visited by many devotees to worship Goddess Parvati. The Goddess is manifest of tiny flames that burns flawless blue through fissures in the age-old rock. There are 9 flames burning and each signifying something different. Even the pandavas have said to have visited this place.
