  St. Stephens Church (Udhagamandalam)
 St. Stephens Church, built in 1829, is the oldest church in the Nilgiris. It's huge wooden beams came from the palace of Tipu Sultan. The attached cemetery contains the graves of many, as well as the Ooty pioneer, including John Sullivan -- the founder of Ooty.
