The Royal Desert Camp offers the camping village during the Pushkar Fair with boarding and lodging facilities in the same tradition. The accommodation consists of well appointed swiss cottages and deluxe tents complete with linen, furniture, carpet and facilities in specially designed modern toilets with running hot and cold water. Excellent Indian and Continental meals are served in the tented dining hall. Other facilities include camels and camel carts for riding, safaris and sightseeing, round the clock coffee shop, tourist information counter, parking facilities, telephone, laundry, room service, doctor on call. The campfire is the focal point for the evening entertainment program with rhythms of the thar-music, dancing magicians, puppet shows, jugglers, flaming torches and camel parades.
