Hotel Monasterio del Cusco is located in a 17th century building which was once the Seminary of San Antonio Abad. In 1995, the seminary was tastefully converted into a hotel while still preserving its original architecture. Today the hotel provides a unique opportunity to experience the comfort and service of a five star hotel in a museum setting, together with Cusco's special Inca and Spanish traditions. The hotel is conveniently situated very close to the city's central square, the Plaza de Armas, where the Cathedral and museums are located, and is just a ten minute drive from the airport. The hotel has its own restaurant, coffee house, bar and a main conference hall, located in the Chapel of San Antonio Abad which seats 200 persons.
